We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Policy Administration Officer .

Principal responsibilities

  • Prepare business correspondence to clients and handle complaints
  • Follow up all complicated or special cases referred by processing center, including provide solution for them or communicate with sales channel or customers
  • Handle and response Policy Service Financial Change Requests submitted, contact with internal staff and external customers to provide excellent services
  • Quality checking on policy service outputs of processing center such as letters, reports and payment authorization
  • Handle financial change exception reports and process changes when necessary
  • Manually handle tasks that no system support
  • Countercheck daily payment report due to system deficiency on accuracy before pass to manager for approval
  • Liaise tasks related to autopay collection and dishonor processing


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  • Relevant experience from Life Insurance industry
  • Good analytical and problem solving ability
  • Sound technical knowledge of Life Insurance operations and systems
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese
  • Strong computer skill particularly in Chinese word processing and Microsoft excel
