Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Manage, define and implement innovation projects and the quality and progress of the projects to ensure on time, effective project outcomes;
  • Map out overall execution plan & ensure the roles & responsibility, objectives, commitment, deliverables and schedule are clearly communicated to the team members and customers;
  • Build and lead a high performance team. Plan optimal use of resources;
  • Delivery quality outputs based on defined processes, review project performance and take corrective actions when necessary; identify & mitigate risks before they seriously impact the project delivery;
  • Setup communication channels within team & customers, so that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed on the project status on a timely basis and at the necessary level of details;
  • Monitor service level, in terms of response time & problem recovery time to ensure that the agree service level is met.


Requirements
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years ' solid experience in running digital projects, enterprise level solutions and mobile application is a must;
  • Confident in working closely with both technical and business team;
  • Ability to conduct technical feasibility study for new ideas and digital projects;
  • Experiences in China digital products is a plus;
  • Digital savvy. Passionate about the latest technology, data and problem solving;
  • A strong and confident communicator who can work independently and interact effectively with all levels of people;
  • Experience in NoSQL, Elastic Search, Web Service, HTML, Javascript, XML and CSS;
  • Experience in iOS - iPhone & iPad / Android;
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams;
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities;
  • Have positive 'can do' attitude and being self-motivated;
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese. Proficient in spoken Mandarin is a must.
