Job Description

To monitor and ensure transactions processed in good quality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Transactions Processing (Loans Operations)
- Checking the loan drawdown, loan rollovers, prepayment and other loan admin duties
- Ensure loan drawdown is within approved credit limit and within sufficient collateral
- Support IPO loan drawdown
- Ensure all exceptional including limit, pricing are approved according to Credit Policy and DOA
- Support the interest statement for client information

Transactions Processing (Payment)
- Authenticate, validate and priorities all customer requests for outgoing and incoming remittances payment including SWIFT, CHIPS, FED CHATS, in house funds transfer and cheques
- Ensure all payments are in Compliance with OFAC Sanctions
- Monitor the payment queue to ensure all transactions are processed before system cut-off
- Ensure all payment transactions executed are compliance with Client Authenticated and Trust payment guidelines
- Support the AEII Card Program

Transactions Processing (Time Deposit)
Verify time deposit set up, renewal & termination
- Liaise with CA \ CSM to clarify the unclear time deposit instruction and ensure the quality service delivered to the customers.
- Review time deposit exceptional, maintenance and maturity reports
- Support the campaign initiate by business

Qualifications and Skills

* Tertiary Education or above
* Solid banking experience in on preferred private banking operations
* Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
* Be creative, able to maintain miscellaneous manual controls
* Good communications skills (oral, written).
* Meticulous with the ability to multi-tasks
* Knowledge on SWIFT and domestic money transfer system
