Our client is a growing Private Bank in the Region and they are looking for an experienced Business Risk Manager to lead a team in managing key risks and meeting regulatory and internal requirements. You will work closely with the Head of Business Unit, Global Head of Business Risk, Business COO, and Risk Management department to drive and direct effective compliance and operational risk management for the Business.
Requirements:
- Univeristy graduate with at least 12+ years relevant experience in operational or business risk control mangament in Global Markets (Capital Markets) or ideally in Private Wealth Management
- Open to candidates with prior experience in Private Banking operations in sales and assurance
- Solid knowledge in HKMA Requirements
- Team management experience is required with proven interpersonal skills - liaison with Private Bankers and senior stakeholders and supervision
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
