Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for input, checking, reviewing and approval of account opening request
• Cooperating with back office to deal with system setting, clients reporting and MIS reporting
• Acting as business control point for account opening, products selling and dealing procedures in terms of control and compliance with internal guidelines and policies
• Completing all required process and materials for new product/services before launch together with Product/IA Team; assist Product/IA team on completing counterparty due diligence process
• Coordinating and communicating with various internal teams such as legal and compliance, risk management and operations to support clients onboarding and products trading
• Full compliance with internal guidelines and relevant regulations required under SFC licenses
• Assisting work and hoc tasks when necessary assigned by the supervisors and managers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree holders and above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in business support, client onboarding and product control
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Detail oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure
• Fast learner, team player and motivated, willing to work overtime when required
