We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Programme Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Work as a strategic partner with GLCM business units to support new artificial intelligence or machine learning opportunities
  • Responsible to drive and identify solutions for any AI or ML initiatives among GLCM business units.
  • Facilitate proof of concepts of AI or ML solutions by vendors or in or house teams and the related result presentation to business.
  • Considering risk implications in all decisions and activities through a good understanding of business activity, opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure solutions are well integrated
  • Keep abreast of the latest group standard architectural principles and guidelines, communicating these effectively to project teams and key stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to grow the AI or ML discipline for GLCM business

  • University level degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field
  • Strong knowledge with Corporate Banking, Payment, and Global Liquidity and Cash Management systems would be a definite advantage.
  • In depth understanding of banking data systems within the HSBC groups.
  • Solid experience in delivering of global data systems and platforms.
  • Proven track records for GLCM project delivery and support.
  • Solid experience in delivering AI or ML projects or solutions would be a definite advantage.
  • Experience delivering customer or consumer centric insight solutions working with individual behavioural data at the most granular level
  • Strong team management skills, capable to lead teams in different location in the groups.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate and drive discussion across business functions and stakeholders.
  • Maintain can do attitude and stay positive towards challenges
