We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Programme Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Be an integral member of the Digital and Design, Build and Support team responsible for helping Digital and Data Product deliver against their Strategic Product Vision.
  • Works with the business to define and agree programme structure and benefits and to confirm that outputs and outcomes will support their realisation.
  • Creates, implements and operates within an appropriate governance framework which aligns to the wider Group governance framework.
  • Shapes, leads, directs and controls the delivery of complex, high risk and,or cross functional programmes, including pragmatic application of programme management methodologies, use of a clearly defined delivery roadmap and robust financial and risk management.
  • Drives continuous improvement to the Group's strategic approach to managing change, including identifying best practice both internally and externally, and building the profile of the Group's Change Management Community.
  • Drives progress against the programme plan, understands, challenges and proactively manages the cost position; and acts to mitigate potential cost or time delays.
  • Identifies and secures appropriate resources to work on the programme, defines clear roles and responsibilities for all team members including specific responsibility for production of all deliverables.
  • Leads the management and delivery of the Group's wider Change portfolio through establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with particular Divisions or Business Units.
  • Engages with a diverse group of senior stakeholders to influence strategic direction of key programmes to meet business goals and support benefits realisation.
  • Provides team leadership to Change professionals, developing colleagues through challenging objectives, feedback and coaching.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • A high quality degree level education with first class academic track record
  • A professional project or programme management qualification
  • Fund Administration Experience
  • Expert in Change Management and large scale business and digital transformation initiatives
  • Expert in Project and Programme Methodology such as Agile Scrum, Scrum Master
  • Ability to operate and influence at senior level.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership of people and teams on a daily basis.
  • Excellent organisational skills, credibility with senior stakeholders and self starter who can operate on own initiative
  • In depth knowledge of investment administration industry, as well as sectors in which our clients operate
  • Flexibility, adaptability and resilience
  • Knowledge and awareness of Customer Centric Design, Design Thinking, Service Design process
