Our award winning, top-tier corporate and investment banking client is expanding their APAC operations and are now looking for a project manager to join them in a contract role of 6 months.

You will be: 

Supporting the APAC IT&OPs Chief of Staff on strategic and transversal initiatives within this scope. 
Supporting the preparation and tracking of the annual budget and forecast exercise, with close collaboration / coordination with ITO departments and Performance Management
Coordinating / supporting the internal communication initiatives (e.g. Town Halls, COO APAC Days, Internal Employee portal, periodic Newsletters, new joiners onboarding etc.)
Supporting the preparation / consolidation of management presentations (e.g. meetings with Senior Management, Senior Executive visits to APAC, etc.)
Following up on the implementation of the initiatives identified from the annual employee engagement survey results. 
Supporting the APAC ITO Chief of Staff to drive consistency, alignment, optimization and communication within APAC ITO community
Providing coordination support on specific projects as and when required

 

This role will be great for someone with the following competencies: 

2-3 years in a similar capacity within a large banking/financial institution. 
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated project management and business analysis experience with a focus on finance or financial control being an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Self-motivated, results driven, and take ownership of assigned tasks with ability to follow through
Methodical, analytical and organized, with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage change and complexity with confidence
Ability to address a wide variety of topics simultaneously and in a structured manner
Fluency in English and excellent communication for stakeholder management
Good interpersonal skills and team player, with ability to effectively influence and work with stakeholders at all levels
