Our client is an international asset management firm with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high caliber candidate to join them

Responsible for developing and implementing quantitative investment analysis and performance analysis utilizing a variety of data-oriented systems, tools and financial databases. Support the relevant quantitative analytical needs. Deliver performance and attribution reporting services to the local office and its clients. Analyze and interpret investment-related data to help the decision-making process and support operational capabilities to deliver performance services for new clients and for complex products or securities. An ability to utilize a wide variety of investment and performance and attribution tools, as well as to develop custom solutions is required. Demonstrate mastery of analytical methods and tools by responding to complex ad-hoc analytical and reporting requests on daily basis. Proactively follows industry trends and engages with regional business partners to anticipate new data requirements. Serves as the first point of contact for inquiries from regional business partners on tactical operations issues and external client-driven inquiries related to performance data needs. Responsible for documenting unique regional requirements, both current and long-term performance needs, establish priorities, set expectations, seek feedback and exercise influence and expertise to lead appropriate actions or strategies for addressing these concerns within the larger performance organization

To be considered, you should be degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of relevant  experience in performance and attribution. Technical knowledge of performance, GIPS, and global financial markets and processes. Sound communication skills.  Experience with attribution (i.e. Barra, FactSet, BBG PORT). PC skills including mastery of Lipper, FactSet, Morningstar, and BARRA preferred.
