This is an exciting opporuntiy to lead the development of an innnovative new suite of digital life & health insurance products that will be utilised across Asia. You will developing the strategy to roll this inititaive out across local markets in Asia, as well as creating products that suit the needs of the platform across different localites. The firm is a large MNC firm with excellent reputation and a desire to drive innovative technology product solutions in Asia.
To coordinate the development, execution & management of new capability to support the digital distribution of health insurance solutions to clients across Asia.
This will include the following key areas:
(1) Finalising the development and implementing an innovative suite of new life & health insurance products with each local market
(2) Providing domain expertise across the areas of product, marketing and distribution;
(3) Execution of a marketing strategy including the implementation of digital marketing and distribution capabilities;
(4) Implementation of performance related testing programmes to monitor, manage and optimise the above items to support sales & conversion.
What you should have:
- Understanding of insurance markets in Asia, including experience / track record with consumer insurance products, ideally with exposure to the 'insure-tech' landscape & digital marketing best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing & distribution of insurance products to consumers leveraging technology.
- Proven track record of successful execution in innovative and /or strategic initiatives with cross functional teams and key business stakeholders.
