Regional Property Technology Leader, Associate Director
Join our regional Technology Workplace Corporate Services team, based in Hong Kong as a passionate property technologist. This is a Director level role, in which you will become part of our regional workplace leadership team. In this exciting new, hands-on role, you will be a critical member and leader of an Agile team discovering, defining, designing and delivering exceptional user experiences.
You will play a key role in shaping and driving the workplace experience across our regional offices. You will champion global workplace strategies and work to maintain our position as a thought-leader for the "future of work".
Part of a collaborative global team, you will be working closely with stakeholders, project delivery teams, and external design consultants. Through this collaboration, we develop best-in-class, innovative workplace environments for our employees around the region. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a combination of commerciality, technology delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk awareness and business transformation.
To be successful in this role you will also display strong leadership qualities and have experience navigating a global firm. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic organisation. You will be visible, engaged and decisive, able to influence across teams, geographies and all levels of the organisation. You will also be a strong project manager, able to identify issues and opportunities, and work with stakeholders/peers to resolve.
This team are all passionate about innovative technology and obsessed with their customer's experience. You will gain an understanding of the capability in-house today and introduce opportunities to innovate tomorrow. We are looking for someone who can identify, test and introduce cutting edge technology to key stakeholders globally. You will be familiar with the latest Workplace technologies, and how we can improve our understanding of space utilisation, leveraging sensor technology and digital applications available to enhance our staff experience. You'll work through a range of solutions to optimise the meeting experience globally leveraging O365 and other products.
