We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Banking Manager Relationship Management Support Commercial Banking.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Act as member of relationship management team with overall goal of increasing revenue, maximizing return on Risk Weighted Assets whilst maintain operational excellence, in particular operation aspect of credit quality of the portfolio
  • Support Relationship Managers on daily relationship services and sales fulfillment activities
  • Support Relationship Managers in Credit preparation and manage through credit support process
  • Act as quality champion and ensure output from relationship management team are in line with regulatory, compliance and internal standards and minimize operational and credit risk from error, omissions and misinterpretation of guidelines and policies
  • Act as Process Improvement Champion, work with internal working partners to ensure end to end efficiency, and effectively implement improvement initiatives as instructed by management and Commercial Banking Business Management
  • Share best practices within and among relationship team and internal working partners


Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Management, Finance or Accounting with relevant years commercial experience in the area of relationship management and or service quality management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial acumen required for rapport building with customers and internal staff
  • Excellent analytical ability and strong writing skill for quality delivery management report
  • Close to market and obtain up to day industry knowledge, market intelligence and product awareness
  • Strong awareness in compliance of regulations, internal guideline and standards
  • Able to plan, organize and drive through results under conflicting priorities and pressures
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
  • Sound knowledge of Commercial Banking products is a must
