We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Risk Management and Compliance Assistant.

Principal responsibilities

  • Providing clerical support to the Risk Management and Compliance Team at EPS Company in preparation of regulatory reporting documents, presentation material and correspondence
  • Updating, filing and management of risk related documents, policies and guidelines
  • Coordinating with other teams of EPS Company and other teams like Business Risk Control Management for timely submission of document return, approval requests in the areas of Risk Management, Compliance, Business Continuity Management and Business Risk Control Management
  • To assist managers in the Risk Management and Compliance team in preparing the policy and guideline documents
  • To assist managers in the team in preparing the regulatory reporting documents for submission to Hong Kong Monetary Authority
  • To assist managers in the team in managing, filing and updating policy and guideline records
  • To coordinate with other teams at EPS Company for Risk Management and Compliance related matters in document and approval submission
  • To assist managers in the team in producing presentation material and collecting data and statistics for this purpose
  • To assist managers in the team in processing the record of Know Your Customer and sanction checking data
  • To assist managers in the team in preparing the insurance proposal forms with relevant supporting documents for insurance renewal process


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduate with few years of working experience in banking, bookkeeping or secretarial area
  • Higher academic qualification will be an advantage
  • Previous working experience in banking, financial audit, card issuing or acquiring business, legal sectors will be another advantage
  • Mastering skill of Microsoft Office software for proficient handling of document, data analysis and presentation
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
  • Attention to details without supervision in producing quality documents.
