Responsibilities:

  • Drive personal bank account feature design, planning, delivery, operation throughout bank account lifecycle, including onboarding workflow
  • Develop innovative, cutting edge account features
  • Accountable for end-to-end customer experience of bank account from customer onboarding, servicing (i.e. call centre, AI chatbot) to operations
  • Responsible for continuous evolvement and optimisation of bank account via consumer test and learn
  • Understands customer needs and market trends and defines a commercially sound digital bank account strategy
  • Drive deposit product design, growth campaign
  • Deliver system requirements for account and deposit features for continuous improvement to deliver the best customer experience

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in-depth experience in banking product development (preferably with digital financial products)
  • Strong understanding of digital banking business and customer ecosystem
  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Excellent knowledge of fintech / internet / technology landscape and trends
  • Comfortable with technology, preferably with exposure to projects that touch a range of technical platforms (digital, mainframe, server based etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Energetic, positive attitude and team player
  • A flexible approach to work and working hours
  • Working proficiency Mandarin / Cantonese and English
  • Master degree or above preferred
