An international financial institution is looking for a high calibre candidate to join as Strategy / Project - Manager/ Senior Manager. This is an one year contract renewable role based in Hong Kong.

Our client is an international financial institution that focuses on providing clients with global investment solutions that meet the demands and challenges of sophisticated and complex investment and economic circumstances.  They are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join them in Hong Kong.     

Reporting to the Department Head, contribute to the overall success of the Strategy & Corporate Development in the region ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Assisting in formulating business strategy for business growth. Managing initiatives across the region in a broad spectrum. Business projects management Provide assistance for the regional management team to board meetings, shareholder meetings, governmental and regulatory meetings, regular financial presentations etc. Support M&A related activities, including following up with all closing deliverables and funds flow of the transaction, ensuring consistency among all transaction documents and regulatory applications, coordinating with various functions to provide up-to-date disclosure, as well as managing through  the post-closing migration and integration until the full separation.

To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 6 years of relevant strategy and project management experience with financial industry. Project management experience with sound organizational skills. Strong financial analysis and time management skills to deliver results under tight deadlines with multiple simultaneous priorities. Good communication skills in English and Chinese. Knowledge of banking financial statements, products and capital adequacy concepts.
