A well-established global active fund manager is looking for a sales director to join join their growing business, in HK to sell into the Global Private Banking sector. This high-quality firm, with $200bn of assets under management is looking to grow its wholesales business across the Asia region, but with a focus on the Hong Kong market.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong pipeline of profitable opportunities across the Asia region, with a focus on Hong Kong, that align to clients needs across asset classes
- Working with senior directors across the business including Marketing and Heads of product to drive engagement
- Develop strong relationships with Regional Heads, Country Heads, Regional BD Heads, peers and colleagues to ensure effective visibility and increased workability to deliver the jurisdiction and BD business plan
- Boosting the profitability of the client portfolio by ensuring the firm has covered every aspect of our clients operating models
Key Requirements
- Established relationships with Global Private Banks operating in the region with a focus on HK business
- Proven track record of building long term relationship and driving sales
- Well established industry experience
- Excellent knowledge of active management, with a ESG and Quantitative industry experience a preference.
