Sales Manger

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice on one-stop IT solutions, including but not limited to hardware, software, infrastructures and solutions, to our existing and new potential customers
  • Work closely with Marketing and Technical Services teams to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and business results
  • Develop professional sales strategies to maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Proactively conduct strategic account reviews
  • Drive all activities in the sales cycle until deal closure
  • To formulate sales strategy and plans to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction and revenue growth;
  • To sell and promote our world class BIG DATA, CLOUD, ENTERPRISE APPLICATION AND ENTERPRISE SECURITY solutions to corporate / commercial clients;
  • To lead the pre-sales team and support team from developing opportunities to closing solution deal
  • To establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing clients.
  • Work closely with supervisors, internal technical team, vendors, and channel partners to ensure deal closing.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline preferred;
  • A solid 5-year track-record of exceeding sales targets in the selling of software solutions or related services to major accounts, such as IT solutions.
  • Solution selling skills on infrastructure, application and services in an integration to address customer's business and IT requirements;
  • 2-4 years sales & marketing experience in Information Technology;
  • Proven good sales track record with excellent account management and customer relationship skills
  • Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Able to deal professionally and independently with management at all levels
  • Strong network in local market is an definite advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Proactive, aggressive and independent;
  • Good command of English and Cantonese, Putonghua will be an added advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered.
