Sales Support - Fast Growing Asset Manager with opportunities

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing support to Institutional Sales Team on Business Development
• Prepare marketing material and draft pitching/ promotion documents in both Chinese & English
• Conduct CDD/ KYC, and provide consulting and related service to clients
• Participate in the project initiation and execution; prepare related proposals and legal document
• Maintain and organize sales data; analyze clients’ investment data and generate reports
• Complete Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Finance/ Economics/ Accounting related subjects
• 1-2 years or above relevant experience in Asset Management
• Great interpersonal skills, able to understand clients’ requirement and provide solutions
• Team player and self-driven
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) with outstanding spoken and written skills
• Excellent data analytic skills; familiar with MS office
