Job Description

To lead/originate Data Center related deals in the region

Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses

Playing key leadership roles in all aspects of the transaction process - primarily in real estate/infrastructure investment
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, or Economics is preferred
- hands-on valuation/modeling experiences
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & PowerPoint
- Live deal experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- A strong relationship with Data Center services providers in the region
- Hands-on Experiences on Data Center investment/advisory is mandatory
