UAT Delivery and Management
  • Support Director/Associate Director, Project Quality Assurance in leading / participating in UAT for approved Group / Country project, representing Retail Banking HK.
  • Manage UAT resource capacity planning and utilization for assigned projects.
  • Manage the quality of Business Requirements & Functional Specifications to ensure clear communication between Business and Technology and new system changes work seamlessly with business process flow.

Change Management
  • Ensure business process realignment in accordance with new system flow.
  • Balance risk, effectiveness and efficiency in system and process design.

Governance, Compliance & Risk
  • Follow UAT execution and management standard to ensure quality delivery.
  • Follow system implementation governance and change management model.

People and Others
  • Develop teammates through project engagements.
  • Proactively contribute system / UAT / process knowledge for the next generations.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as UAT lead to provide support and business consultancy to HK Unsecure Lending and Digital Payment projects
  • Partner with project management, product development, tech team, operations, call centre and other relevant stakeholders to formulate necessary UAT requirements, support BRD, FSD, user stories analysis and clarification in order to meet business requirements and also in line with bank operation policies, project governance and compliance standard.
  • Lead a team of 3-5 members to prepare UAT plan, test scripts, coordinate and execute UAT for system change projects.
  • Closely monitor the progress and quality of all UAT, regression test to ensure the overall project and UAT quality
  • Prepare training materials, menu for bank knowledge management, and assist training if needed.


  • Qualifications and Skills

  • University graduate with extensive experience in retail banking
  • Solid experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan business, operations, call centre or IT
  • Previous experience in leading, conducting and/or participating in UAT/SIT
  • Familiar with project management methodology including Agile or Waterfall is an added advantage but not a must.
  • Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
