Senior Business Strategy Manager (Change and Delivery Management)

Responsibilities:
The candidate is expected to play multiple lead roles within the department.
As the Change manager of the department,

  • Be involved in the bank's major initiatives (both business and system), gather, consolidate and analyze requirements for the department
  • Develop UAT test cases and conduct acceptance test
  • Partner with BAU manager, revise BAU support strategy, Departmental Operational procedure, BCP plan, etc. in order to cope with the business and system changes
As the Delivery manager within the System Management team, provide end-to-end management on projects or deliverables that led by the department. This should include (but not limited to) :
  • Project initiation
  • Resource mobilization
  • Setup project governance and operating model
  • Agree scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities, etc. with stakeholders
  • Compile and maintain an achievable project plan
  • Day-to-day project management like progress monitoring, task and action assignment, risk and issue management, etc

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • At least 5 year leadership experience in large and complex company or organization, preferably within the banking or finance sector
  • Track record in delivering sizeable business or technology initiative
  • Knowledge of financial market products and front-to-back process flow
  • Team work and result oriented
  • Able to co-ordinate and chair meeting with big groups of stakeholders and achieve expected outcome
  • Justifiable Leadership and Influencing skills
  • Outgoing and able to adapt changes quickly
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to details
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
