At Pemberton Stewart, we are a research-driven executive search firm. We work very closely with our clients to foster strong relationships, delivering senior searches, advising on strategic initiatives, and supporting business build-outs.

We are currently partnering with a global financial institution to assist in the growth of the project services department. This a critical role that bridges the front office and functions to roll out high profile initiatives across the Investment Banking, Private Banking and Asset Management division.

To be successful in the role, you will possess exceptional skills in multi-tasking and shown a proven ability in executing global or regional programs. You will see yourself interacting closely with various front office business lines and other functions such as compliance, finance, technology and operations.

The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience, coming from consultancy background or have experience rolling out project changes for the front office. You should be familiar with designing business requirements to drive the program to completion.
