We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Development Officer .

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, implementation and day to day operation of customer communications and content management product and solutions.
  • Maintain close communication with business users and technology teams and coordinate technology related stakeholder activities.
  • Prepare project documentation in various stages of project lifecycle, such as test plan and cases, technical specifications, implementation checklist, support guideline.
  • Review procedures and code for quality control purposes and ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Control projects and resources of varying scale and complexity to meet changing objectives.
  • Arrange and execute system integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables, and support business to complete user functional testing and conduct high volume or stress tests.
  • Identify any issues that may arise and develop measures to control risks.
  • Provide post implementation system support and daily support.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Experience in development and implementation of banking or customer communications applications
  • Experience in application upgrade is preferred
  • Experience in web or application development and Control M set up
  • Experience of Java, Linux, IBM Websphere, MQ, Oracle and SQL
  • Experience in project implementation involving Technical Platform, MuleSoft or any cloud solution is an advantage
  • Strong self motivation and sense of responsibility
  • Strong business sense and fast learner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team player
