We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital Data Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​The role holder will act as a senior Data Architect or Specialist or Implementation Manager to assess pre-sale assessment of technology enablement and potential use cases of partner's data capabilities, and discuss implementation plans and requirements against internal and external capabilities.
  • Working across workstreams with ability to understand and define data models and taxonomies
  • Ability to understand common reference model and specify extracts needed for data enablement for given use cases
  • Developing and enforcing the Data integration processes, templates, design patterns, frameworks, best practices and technical standards
  • Advise and implement Data ingestion techniques for real time and batch processes for a variety of sources into a variety of systems.
  • Ensuring scalability and high availability, fault tolerance and elasticity within the Data and analytics Ecosystems.

  • ​Data expertise or scientist in data architecture and data solutioning
  • Knowledge of analytics, database design and credit modelling
  • Proven understanding of banking products and services
  • Extensive technical and planning background with mainstream technology, internet or fintech companies
  • Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organisation.
  • Be able to handle multi matrix cross function communication with a large complicated organization.
  • Be able to work cross function and gain stakeholders endorsement
  • Continuous exposure to work with external internet companies on collaboration projects.
  • Understand internet company culture and processes
  • Strong Analytical and Presentation skills.
  • Exposure to projects that touch a range of technical platforms such as digital, mainframe, server based
  • Strong thought leadership and creativity to proactively propose new business opportunities and resolve issues
  • Competent with project planning and reporting
  • Demonstrates flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities
  • Proven ability to influence teams without direct leadership authority.
