Senior Director, Regional Agency Distribution

Role Summary:


This Senior Director will report to the Regional Chief Agency Officer who will support in driving country's agency key initiatives, delivering the business performance stipulated in country strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive adoption of key agency initiatives for building premium agency and develop corresponding playbook as a guiding tool for country's implementation.
  • Review and support countries in setting strategy and business drivers through 2020 based on quality scale, productivity growth and customer centricity.
  • Provide analytics and commentary on country monthly business performance review, progress and achievement of strategic initiatives, identify and early alert management on potential critical areas and propose pre-emptive measures to address issues as required.
  • Regular review and maintenance of agency dashboard, collate and furnish quality management MIS and monthly updates in a timely manner.
  • Review of country overseas conventions within Regional guidelines and updates of guidelines for best practices and alignment to expense management.
  • Preparation and on the ground support to Distribution events including MDRT Annual Meeting and Asia Distribution Conference.


Qualifications:
  • Over 8 years of experience in agency distribution or related field.
  • Customer-centric, effective communicator and solution focus - someone who is able to use analytics to support and drive decision making; effectively communicate the message and solution to positively impact results, organisational performance and customer experience.
  • Team player who collaborates with others and able to execute and drive results.
  • Regional exposure is a plus but not a must.
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree or above.
