Job Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial management of a Family Office. The ideal candidate will focus on multi-entity accounting, tax compliance, and audit operations while managing financial matters for USD funds and cross-border investments. You will play a pivotal role in supporting asset management strategies and key leadership decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete financial accounting, reporting, tax filing, annual auditing, and ongoing compliance across domestic and offshore entities.
- Oversee end-to-end USD fund accounting, capital calls, distributions, portfolio valuation, and financial processing for deal exits.
- Direct accounting, tax management, and cross-border fund flows for Hong Kong and other offshore entities, proactively identifying major financial and tax risks.
- Provide professional judgment on complex tax, legal, and trust structures. Liaise with accounting firms, tax advisors, legal counsel, and banking partners to execute solutions.
- Conduct financial due diligence, post-investment monitoring, and exit support for investment projects. Provide financial and operational analysis support to selected portfolio companies.
- Continuously optimize financial workflows and actively integrate AI Agent tools into financial management processes.
Requirements:
- Degree holder. Professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience and track record in USD Funds, VC/PE, Family Offices, , or tech/internet firm with overseas business exposure.
- Big Four background (Financial Services Group) early in your career is a plus. Commercial experience is required.
- Deep interest in the AI industry with the ability to communicate effectively in the same language as frontline investment teams.
- Solid expertise in multi-entity accounting, tax compliance, audit management, equity valuations, distribution waterfalls, and cross-border fund flows. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and offshore regulatory environments.
- Exceptionally smart, flexible, and results-oriented in a fast-paced, tech culture.
- Native or fluent Mandarin is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
