A fast-growing international insurtech group is looking for a motivated finance professional to join its Hong Kong team. The position focuses on financial reporting and offers broad exposure within a regional business environment.

Candidates from different industries are welcome. The company is particularly interested in individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and keen to broaden their finance experience.

1. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
2. Prepare management reports, financial schedules, and account analysis.
3. Assist with statutory reporting, audit requests, and regulatory submissions.
4. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reporting variances.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and regional stakeholders on finance matters.
6. Help improve reporting workflows, controls, and finance processes.
7. Support budgeting, forecasting, and other finance projects when required.

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. Around 2–4 years of financial reporting or general accounting experience .
3. Insurance experience is not essential; candidates from other industries will be considered.
4. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
5. Strong Excel skills with good attention to detail.
6. Responsible, proactive, and comfortable working within deadlines.
7. Strong willingness to learn and take on broader responsibilities.
8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
9. Candidates with stronger experience may be considered for the Senior Finance Officer title.
