The Job:

  • Lead and monitor the agency compensation team to make sure all calculation and payment are accurately delivered
  • Prepare and review procedure and streamline processes to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform UAT on areas/new initiatives that require system enhancement and modification
  • Oversee the daily operations of and service requests from distribution channels
  • Handle and oversee all related ad-hoc projects

The Person:

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 8 years’ working experience in distribution compensation
  • Sound knowledge in compensation and work flow
  • Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft applications
  • Detailed-minded
  • Able to work under tight deadline
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
