We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager Business Insurance, Group Insurance.

Principal responsibilities

  • Directly support the execution of the Small and Middle Enterprise insurance strategy and business plans and development of related distribution channels.
  • Drive execution of the Small and Middle Enterprise insurance strategy and business plans.
  • Program management of Small and Middle Enterprise insurance programs
  • Regularly report progress on strategic initiatives and progress against plans. Resolve issues and escalate to management, as appropriate.
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of each Small and Middle Enterprise insurance market and respective successes and challenges and share learnings and best practices across markets.
  • Ensure appropriate sales quality in country as plans are executed
  • Identify tactical opportunities to improve performance in individual markets.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • An indepth understanding of the bancassurance industry and related agreements, including typical structures, challenges, pitfalls, and risks.
  • Detail orientation. An individual who enjoys the challenges of complexity and detail and who gains personal satisfaction from clarity, streamlined process and improving operational efficiency.
  • Proven experience in proposal writing for senior executive audiences and external stakeholders.
  • Jobholder must be passionate about customer centricity and always keeping our customers interests at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer and stakeholder issues in an international context.
  • Ability to build long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence senior management.
  • Experience implementing significant initiatives in a global organization, including a demonstration of change management principles and tactics.
  • Background in Legal would be advance
