Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (Business Banking)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop integrated marketing strategy (particularly digital marketing) by studying business banking landscape, identifying financial need of customers, and monitoring competition from bank and non-bank entities
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns to drive business banking customers' online banking registration, activation, usage and stickiness
  • Participate in the user requirement formulation of new online banking capabilities
  • Plan and execute all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop annual marketing budget and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights and trends
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
  • Work closely with product manager and internal compliance to ensure smooth operational flows to drive optimal results
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor in marketing or a related field
  • At least 8 years' working experience in marketing in banking and financial industry
  • Demonstrable experience managing marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaign
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Familiar with financial planning, budgeting and campaign process
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and optimizing landing pages
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns on major search engines
  • A good team leader with excellent communication and presentation skills, and good command of English and Chinese
