Our client is a fast growing Asset Management firm with HQ in Europe and Asia hub in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a hands on and dynamic HR Director to join their team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the President in Hong Kong as well as functionally to Head of HR in Europe, this is an individual contributor role where you will handle the regional HR operations. On a regular basis, you will ensure the smooth running of the day to day HR & Admin function, liaising with external vendors and being the key advisor to the Leadership team on all HR matters. This role will also see you playing a key part in executing the Human Resources strategy for the Region, delivering HR initiatives whilst working closely with local and overseas stakeholders. This is a fast paced environment where you will gain exposure to the executive team.


To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of well-rounded HR operations and generalist exposure
• Previous exposure to International/ APAC markets is highly preferred
• Prior experience gained in Asset Management firms is essential
• Hands on approach, attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
