Our client, a top tier insurer with global presence is looking for a good candidate to join their Customer Experience & Transformation team. This person should be able to come up with different project framework & reporting templates to enable project decision making. Ideally this person should have experience working in a PMO office and have experience in managing multiple transformation projects with project governance responsibility.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Organize and establish the PMO governance and work functional and project teams on schedule, budget, and benefits

Manage the pool of project manager resources and work assignment

Work with stake holders on the project implementation schedule and budget and integrate with Strategic initiatives to deliver the business result

Setup and conduct regular review meeting with project & transformation teams lead and sponsor on execution status, issues, risks, and benefit tracking

Organize monthly Steering committee meeting with Exco to report and lead discussion

Manage Project Approval; at local business units and with Group Office

Communicate and educate Project Manager and Sponsor on Project Governance and Project Approval process

 

Requirements:

 

A Bachelor degree in Business, post graduate degree is a plus

At least 8 years of working experience in Insurance and Financial industry

Has worked in various business function within an Insurance / Financial institution

Proficient practitioner in programme / project management and has led major cross function teams in projects

Have solid Project and Project Management skills and experience

Proficient in English and Chinese written and presentation skills
