Senior Network Engineer - Technology Infrastructure - IT - Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and assess the requirements from various internal and external parties for network changes and implementations
• Prepare, test, conduct and properly record the network changes and implementations
• Develop scripts to automate the network changes and testing procedure for better efficiency and accuracy
• Trouble-shoot, handle, and manage network incidents and problems
• Collaborate with network service providers and other parties on network implementation and support
• Adopt tools and systems, such as Ansible, JIRA, Confluence to enhance the productivity

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications or related disciplines
• At least 7-year experience in design, implementation, and support of large scale mission-critical IP networks and Internet infrastructures
• Experience in security, networking, and workplace communication technology including Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN, etc.
• Hands-on experience in trouble-shooting complex IP networks
• A thorough understanding of TCPIP, OSPF, BGP, PTP and Multicast
• Experience in programming with Python and other languages and toolsfor network automation is preferred
• Familiar with Ansible, Solarwinds, WhatsUp Gold, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus
• Holder of CCNP/CCIE/CISSP/CISA will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, independent, proactive
• Proficient command of spoken and written English
• Frequent work on weekends and/or irregular working hours is required
