My client is one of the leading commercial companies in Hong Kong. They are looking for a dedicated Senior Officer to strengthen their team and support the growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse the insurance needs of the Group's business and operations locally and regionally.
- Oversee and renew insurance policy management and claims processing.
- Provide expert advice on Property and Casualty (P&C) / Construction / Employee Compensation / Motor / Marine insurance products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, brokers, loss adjusters and solicitors to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Analyse market trends and contribute to product development initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry with a strong focus on P&C
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance regulations and market practices in Hong Kong.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
