Senior Officer / Officer, Fund Administration

BOCI-Prudential Asset Management Limited (the “Company”) offers a broad spectrum of investment products and services, which include Hong Kong mandatory provident fund scheme (“MPF”), pension funds, retail unit trusts, exchange traded funds, institutional mandates and other investment funds. In addition, the Company also manages discretionary investment portfolio and charity fund for both private individuals and institutional clients.

Senior Officer / Officer, Fund Administration

Our Operation Department is currently looking to high caliber candidates to join

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for fund administration function for Unit Trusts, MPF and Exchanged Traded Funds (ETFs) including general clerical duties and data entry, update security prices, conduct regular asset reconciliation task
• To co-ordinate with brokers, trustee or custodians to prepare settlement instructions and to resolve settlement issues of various financial instruments
• Review daily fund valuations and validate NAV calculation
• Assist in preparation of the interim / annual financial reports
• Assist in updating and processing corporate action events

Requirements:

• University graduates, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with minimum 2 years’ working experience in fund administration or financial industry
• Efficient and accurate processing of operational functions with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word) and Bloomberg Terminal
• Good command in written English and Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for a junior level position
