  • Responsible for procurement of Information Technology equipment, software and services for all the BOCI offices globally;
  • Identify saving opportunities, negotiate pricing / contracts with suppliers, and minimize commercial risks for the whole group globally;
  • Implement IT procurement process to ensure a fair and efficient procurement cycle;
  • Lead commercial negotiations using established processes and represent the strategic requirements of the company;
  • Draft and award supplier contracts;
  • Maintain and regularly review supplier performance;
  • Manage contractual and supplier disputes where they occur, protect the interests of the business at all times;
  • Work with the IT stakeholders to create commodity strategies for key areas, i.e. servers, network, software, etc;
  • Work with the technical teams to ensure that the suppliers/contracts are managed effectively to yield sustained savings;
  • Work with the Legal teams to ensure that the suppliers/contracts are free from commercial risk;
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of market dynamics, suppliers, technical and product information in order to ensure that the business takes advantage of all relevant developments, responds to market changes and maintains an appropriate supplier base in terms of skills, activities and numbers;
  • Responsible for all relevant document filing and the secrecy of sensitive information


  • Strong experience in Sourcing / Procuring IT Equipment, Software and Services for a sizable company, ideally in Financial sector
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of contract law
  • Supplier management / relationship skills and experience
  • Contract management skills and experience
  • Ability to analyze complex supplier proposals, identify risks and issues and provide consolidated review to aid decision making by internal and external stakeholders
  • Practiced experience and exposures in handling multi-county IT procurement and contract management matters
  • Ability to deal with regional /global vendors to the best interests of BOCI Group
  • Degree holder major in Computer Science or Business Management related / 5+ years relevant experience
