Our Markets business is one of the largest of its kind in the world. It combines sophisticated 24- hour global coverage with a detailed knowledge of local markets. We specialise in foreign exchange, credits and rates, structured derivatives, equities and debt, equity and equity-linked capital markets.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Product Manager.

Principal responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be part of the Broker Outsourcing Services product team based in Asia
  • Broker Outsourcing Services offers a full service post-trade processing solution for the middle and back office functions of a Broker Dealer and includes such functions as middle office, trade and settlement enrichment, books and records/sub-ledger, corporate actions processing
  • This role is primarily to be the functional owner of the Settlements offering on Broker Outsourcing Services
  • The successful candidate will have extensive Global Cash Equities Settlements experience and knowledge both technically and operationally
  • The role will include, defining the functional Model, the standardised solution model, training the user base and acting the authority for the Broker Outsourcing Services Settlements offering

  • Expert Knowledge of Global Cash Equities processing
  • Excellent knowledge of Post Trade Securities processing, Equities and Fixed Income
  • Commercially minded
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
  • Must be capable of producing clear, unambiguous communication, interacting positively with team members, senior business management, department heads and vendors, as required
  • Experience of building and maintaining excellent relationships when dealing directly with external clients and third parties
  • Ability to build a consensus at all levels within the organisation
  • Capacity to challenge assumptions, think independently and propose ideas
  • Ability to plan and organise workload when working to tight deadlines and manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with a very strong attention to detail
