We are an expending Asset Management company, that is going through a rapid growth stage across Asian operations. You will be responsible for growing potential clients in Asian market. Developing strategic sales tactics and providing professional financial advisory to clients so as to generate revenue growth to them.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring, developing and maintaining a long-terms relationships with private banking clients
  • Implement an asset allocation in line with the client needs, and model portfolios as benchmarks
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, deliver unique customer oriented advices and solutions
  • Monitor and review clients investment profile, provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Exploring the new opportunities and turns target customers into real business
  • Collaborate with support functions, business partners, and product specialists to deliver One Bank, support cross selling efforts and referral program (where applicable), and provide effective client solutions
  • Keep abreast of market practice and regulatory requirements to maintain sound control environment
  • Lower the risk level, ensure the conduction of business complies with all internal policies, laws and regulations

 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experiences in serving high net worth individual customers in retail bank or private bank
  • Degree holder or equivalent with CPWP is a plus
  • Possess qualifications under SFC for marketing investment products
  • Preferably possess qualifications under IIQE for selling insurance products 
  • Strong ability to develop new network and target market
  • Good knowledge of all business guidelines and compliance issues
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motived and customer oriented
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
