Our client is an exciting FinTech that has experienced a high degree of success in only a 6 year lifespan. Still small enough to be nimble, with an excellent offering delivered via a SaaS solution, they are very well placed and now looking to grow in APAC. They are looking to hire a good sales executive in Hong Kong and Sydney to join the growing team in the region.
This is an amazing time to join this business as they build out their presence in Asia, successful hires would be able to be instantly recognised internally/externally whilst having a huge amount of business to chase in the region. They are an interesting solutions provider that are experiencing growing demand for its services and as a result is now looking to grow its presence in Hong Kong and Sydney. The main vein or focus around their offering is KYC and AML, their SaaS solution reduces costs, streamlines the related processes here and saves clients time/money. The have built up a strong client base in Europe and now turn their focus to this region. The main focus is now to target the regional tier 2 market (banks, consultancies, corporates, asset managers etc) This company is very well placed in terms of financial support and infrastructure. The current team in Asia is lean as they start fleshing out their hubs although they have a few staff in Australia, these sales hires are newly created.
This would be a hard working yet fun and entrepreneurial business, fast paced with high visibility both internally and externally. As the company grows, you will grow, which will present greater opportunities for sales and management down the line. Previous sales experience is also highly beneficial, ideally gained within a KYC / Risk / Compliance space. The most pressing part is proven sales track records and experience, coupled with the chance to work for a really interesting, dynamic and well placed FinTech business. Strong client facing skills are imperative in this role.
