We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Sales Quality Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

  • Responsible for assessing and checking the sales quality of advice provided to Global Private Banking clients.
  • Review documentation to ensure it complies with HSBC internal policies
  • Produce high quality reports on Sales Quality findings for Global Private Banking senior management on the activities undertaken by the Sales Quality team.
  • Interface directly with Front Office such as Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors on a regular basis so that any issues on suitability advice provided to clients are resolved, and that remedial action is tracked and completed.
  • Work closely in a team of six and share the case findings amongst the team to develop the best practice
  • Participate in Sales Quality training sessions and provides experience sharing with front office staff.

  • University degree with working experience mainly in financial sector
  • Prior experience in Audit, Risk and Monitoring, or Sales Quality Assurance functions an advantage
  • Capacity to communicate both written and oral English at all levels with confidence
  • Verbal communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin also required
  • Good problem solving, analytical and inter personal skills
