The role is expected to serve as a door-opener to connect with new clients in the China Market and to enhance the profile of the Bank in the market.
You will be formulating appropriate business plans and cultivate business opportunities in order to achieve overall profit targets and goals. You will be formulating innovative marketing plans to ensure value creation for the clients and taking initiative and pro-active stance in the solicitation of mandates for the Department. You will oversee the proper execution and completion of all responsible transactions and work closely with Relationship Managers or other stakeholders to create pitches and proposals for clients as well as perfecting the Department’s Reverse Marketing business models. As an SVP, you will be supporting the department head in formulating strategy and promoting deals/tasks. You will be nurturing the performance and potential of juniors by providing regular feedback and guidance.
