We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President Business Management .

Principal responsibilities

  • Plan and drive Global Liquidity and Cash Management Profit and Loss growth for International Markets in business management capacity through engagement with Head of Asia Pacific Global Liquidity and Cash Management International and Stakeholders
  • Develop suitable strategies and plan initiatives required to grow business in Asia Pacific in engagement with regional Management Committee and Country Heads
  • Drives enablement of regional business target operating model or initiatives in engagement with regional and country Global Liquidity and Cash Management and Global Business stakeholders
  • Maintains HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring

  • University Graduate with solid experience, preferably in a Bank
  • Proven background in managing system development life cycles and multi team deliveries.
  • Strong project management skills and experience of working across geographies.
  • Understanding of transaction banking business and products.
  • Business management expertise.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams and across geographies.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in use of Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication skills
