We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Merchant Sales and Distribution.

Principal responsibilities

  • Development and execution of the end to end sales strategy, from client planning to client engagement and pipeline conversion.
  • Implement and manage client pricing, with ultimate responsibility for hitting platform usage and revenue targets
  • Translating product capabilities into client propositions which will resonate with merchants.
  • Leading the Account Management function to ensure platform usage of large merchants are adequately utilised and grow robustly.
  • Design and implement the operating model for working with front line staff across Commercial Banking, Global Liquidity and Cash Management and Global Banking and Markets to effectively deliver the above. The expected model will involve a small number of specialist Peak consultants.
  • Strong coordination and alignment across Peak team in particular Peak Product, Peak Partnerships,
  • Peak Commercialisation to deliver expected market and client outcomes.

  • Current or recent front line experience, with a proven track record as a product acquisition manager and relationship manager.
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to challenge the status quo and strive for a better way.
  • Understanding and interest in the external and internal digital environment.
  • Ability to extract simplicity and summarise outputs from a wide and complex range of data and insight.
  • Experience of effectively working with stakeholders across business, function and geography and at all levels of seniority within the organisation.
  • Experience of or exposure to project management, and in managing initiatives to deliver change.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to challenge information presented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with conflicting and rapidly changing priorities, together with a flexibility in working across global time zones.
  • Ability to engage internal and external parties to build sustainable, longterm partnerships allowing for multi party success.
