Specialist, Operations, Consumer Banking/Wealth Management/Institutional Banking (1-year contract)
Business Function Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities - Provide daily support to Consumer/ Institutional Banking Operations Teams including data input and validation in system; documents follow up and checking;
- Handle enquiries from internal and external parties and ensure responsive problem solving for enquiries
- Prepare periodic operational reports and management reports as required
- Provide suggestion to improve the efficiency and quality of services and to streamline the workflow
- Participate in projects and UAT assigned by supervisors
Requirements - Degree/Diploma holder
- Experience in banking operation and knowledge in banking products is an advantage
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
- Accuracy and thoroughness in work

- Good Interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Good team player, supportive and flexible to take up team tasks
