Strategic Programmes Analyst

As a dynamic Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the folowing:
  • Lead the Operations and Support Readiness of major commercial or infrastructure programmes
  • Actively engage with key stakeholders in Operations, IT and Marketing
  • Represent Operations and Customer Support in the early phases of a project
  • Provide clear and precise updates to Operations Senior Management
  • Timely and clear communication to all impacted Operational teams
  • Develop, document and execute Operational Readiness plans
  • Engage and lead virtual teams across Operations and Support to deliver the Operational Readiness plans


Professional knowledge and expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through professional experience
  • 5 years and above relevant experience

Technical skills
  • A solid IT and Operations knowledge and understanding is required
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project Manager experience or certification is a big asset
  • Experience with SWIFT or SWIFT products is a plus

Professional skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Autonomous, curious and self-driven
  • Influencer
  • Pro-active and able to adapt quickly to changes and new priorities

The Operations and Support Readiness Team is looking for a dynamic Programme Manager. The person will have to work closely with Operations, IT and Marketing to ensure and to deliver Operational Readiness for major programmes affecting the Operations organization. This starts from early engagement in the programme to ensure proper costing and requirements are set, until a successful go-live deployment and ensuring the Operations and Support teams are ready to deliver the high quality service our customers are expecting from SWIFT.
