The Job as a Technical consultant for CRM solution
- Provide IT solution to support telecom retail and wholesale business
- Cover System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from system analysis and design (SA&D), vendor solution evaluation, application development/integration, system testing , UAT and deployment.
- Hands-on development as well as support system development management.
- Work closely with IT Project Manager on project planning and status tracking.
The Person as a Technical consultant for CRM solution
- Bachelor’s degree holders in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
- 2 - 8 +year’s relevant working experience in software development, technical consulting in tier-1 Customer relationship management system (CRM) such as Oracle Siebel, Dynamic CRM or Salesforce etc.
- Good command in English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience can be considered as Analyst Programmer.
