A Reputable Financial Services Company is looking for a Recruiter to join their HR team.
- working closely with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and providing advice on talent acquisition strategies
- identifying top talents and managing end-to-end
- managing working relationships with external vendors and monitoring activity levels and providing reports periodically
- managing the internal and external job board to ensure all vacancies are updated and posted
- driving internal staff referral program
- maintaining best recruitment practice in accordance to the firm's culture standard
- maintaining up-to-date recruitment record on system and in accordance to internal compliance
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition within professional industry
- High proficiency in both spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in General Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work interdependently and engage with senior stakeholders
