Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, contingency, geopolitical, operational, credit, pension, insurance, financial crime and regulatory compliance, market and reputation risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Technical Clerk.

Principal responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling documents, data entry, provide clerical and administrative support to Physical Security Risk team.
  • Verify and follow up monthly charge report for the team
  • Assist in updating files and records in electronic filing system
  • Follow procurement order and related contractors
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments when required

  • Form 6 or above educational qualification
  • High Diploma or University Graduate are preferred
  • Few years of relevant administrative experience is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Strong service and operation orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English in both verbal and written.
  • Good command of Putonghua is an advantage
