  • Implementing and Managing release processes for codes from various development platforms, testing and production environment via working with a team of subject matter experts from various technology domains
  • Held overall responsibility for change initiatives and implementation on Exchange Services product and with technology teams
  • Plan resources and release schedules and cycles across portfolios. Manage risk and resolve issues that may affect release quality
  • Coordinate release content and efforts based on the product backlog, pending service or change requests, technology upgrade or evergreens, and operational maintenance
  • Determine production readiness and conduct all necessary post-implementation verification and reviews with all stakeholders
  • Adopt risk management and remediation approach to achieve operational efficiency
  • Manage the inventory and Coordinate the use of all technical environments
  • Conduct effective communication with stakeholders with regard to the entire release /change management cycle
  • Support delivery teams and service operation teams to ensure quality release deployment and smooth operations
  • Govern release via process streamlining, framework and policy setup and documentation
  • Works in collaborations with the Account Management, Customer Support, Application Development, DevOps, infrastructure team to deliver quality error-free service onboarding and transitions


  • Solid experience in contributing large-scaled organizational initiatives, managing release, deployment and changes in financial services
  • Proven skills to collaborate and motivate team members and stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • Highly adaptable to face-paced environment and ability to resolve issues via multiple approaches
  • Use of workflow tools to implement reliable and repeatable process
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management Framework and project management
  • Broad knowledge in scripting languages, infrastructure technology, and continuous integration flows and tools
  • Ability to translate complex initiatives and ideas into structured and meaningful information and conduct effective communication with stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-guided learns who enjoys keep up with the latest advancements in distributed systems technology
  • High energy, passionate team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work, learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently
  • Well-organized with good communication skill
