Our client is a top-tier Investment Bank with global exposure and consistent business expansion. They are opening this new headcount and keen on looking for candidates experienced in Transfer Agnecy Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in any new client take on and business development activities
- Luxembourg / Warsaw / Dublin SLA Client Window and outsourcing review meetings
- Client relationship management, e.g. attend service review meetings and first escalation point
- GSO (Chennai) Oversight meetings and ensure smooth workflow between HK & Chennai and ensure quality and timeliness of TA service delivery to clients
- To review TA procedures regularly to ensure the control in place and meet satisfactory level in term of risk prospective
- To attend the system enhancement project meetings and responsible for testing and signoff and align operation processing with other location in BP2S
- SLAs with counterparties and procedures revision (Lux, Warsaw, Dublin and Chennai)
- Escalate issues to the Head of Investor Services and Transfer Agent and log all Birdies (incidents)
- Periodic review and update of TA procedures and roll out to team of updates
- Coordinate any audit requests from IG, ORC, OPC, and others as appropriate
- Manage TA Team HR matters (vacation, sick leave, mandatory training, performance reviews)
Qualifications:
- Degree Holder
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Transfer Agency Operations and Fund Admin
- Competencies (Technical / Behavioural)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and work independent
- Detail-minded
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good Management skills
